Cocktails curated by Bootleg Greg, of BootlegGreg Cocktail Co. Working hand-in-hand with our Chefs Dave MacLennan and Brad Phillips, Bootleg oversees an inspired bar program featuring well-crafted cocktails, seasonal ingredients, frozen drinks, and a selection of house made syrups, mixers, and cordials. A thoughtfully-curated wine list highlights a number of interesting by-the-glass offerings, and an edited collection of bottled, tap and local beers round out the selections.
